Welcome to the website of Areley Kings Village History Group

Areley Kings is a  large village on the banks of the River Severn in Worcestershire, located close to the canal town of Stourport-on-Severn and 10 miles north of Worcester. With a church of Norman origins, some fine 16th century buildings and a 19th century windmill, it has many interesting stories. The Areley Kings Village History Group formed in 2015 and aims to support local people wanting to find out more about their local and family history, and enable this knowledge to be shared by a wider audience.

Please have a look around the website, become a member if you want to find out more, and please share your enthusiasm and knowledge with us.
